Tin Roof has found a hidden gem in our latest winter release, Pearl Essence.  Oysters are the name of the game for this Oatmeal Stout because our brewers used every inch of these Louisiana beauties from the shell & meat to the liquor!  A bevy of malts from flaked and golden naked oats to the toasty chocolate malt, midnight wheat, and roasted barley build a solid foundation of dark chocolate and coffee notes, while the lone Magnum Hops add a pinch of bitterness in the aftertaste.  This brew is roasty and robust with loads of resonant flavor and a briny nod to our Gulf Oysters, the best in the country!
