Unladen Swallow Strawberry Sour Pina Colada Milkshake IPA is the first collaboration between Tin Roof Brewing Co. and Gilla Brewing Co.! This complex beer starts with a base New England style IPA with a generous amount of wheat, pale malt, and flaked oats.  Then we kicked it up a notch with ample amounts of strawberry, pineapple, and coconut purees (that’s right…We’re using coconuts!) to create the perfect balance of tropical fruit forward sweetness, and the dry bite of a classic IPA.

This brew is finished off with a splash of lactose and Sabro, El Dorado, and Meridian hops to create a tropical aroma and a lasting tartness on the tongue.  Why are there so many flavors packed into this brew?   “Well, you have to know these things when you’re King, y’know.”
