When Oxbow Distillery rolled their oak barrels into our brewery, we already knew we had a hit on our hands!

Our brewers sealed our velvety chocolate Porter into 3 distinct barrels of dark rum, spiced rum, and whiskey and set it to age for a number of months.  As each unique profile developed, the flavors were harmonious rather than competing, so we married the three barrels together and 3TIN was born.  Strong notes of molasses and hints of vanilla and sweet citrus enhance the deep, chocolatey roast profile of our Porter.  This brew is the perfect introduction into Louisiana Winter, when there is a nip in the air and a warm glow in your chest from the first sip. 6% abv
