Born from a base of pale malts, the conquering characteristic of this ale is the intense citrus bitterness contributed by Citra, Galaxy, and Nectaron Hops.  Citra, now a standard in the Hazy IPA game, shines on with intense bittering and a wallop of lemon zest.  Galaxy Hops come on strong at first with brash citrus and passionfruit, but mellow with undertones of peach.  Nectaron Hops hail from New Zealand and bring a cornucopia of fruit influences to the table, notably stone fruit, grapefruit, and orange.  Despite the juicy profiles of each of these hops, Holy Trinity DIPA looms large with a bold bitter finish and an abv just at 8%.
