There’s a nip in the air and we all know what that means– time to start rolling out the dark beer!
We’re feeling a bit cheeky, so our brewers are kicking off the season with “Off One’s Trolley” English Brown Ale. Easing toward the darker side of the English Ale style, our brew highlights the gentle flavor of pale malts, notably Crystal 60, Golden Promise, and Pale Chocolate. Known for their subtle tones of caramel, toasted bread, and cocoa, these malts blend perfectly with the “Ultimate English Hop” East Kent Golding, achieving a lovely balance of toasty malt with a dry, earthy finish. 4.5% abv.
